  • Yes, we require a Completion Guarantee—a promise for an on-time and lien-free completion.

  • We will buy at any point during the project lifecycle. All details regarding project management, rights, roles, responsibilities, and governance can be structured to fit your goals.

  • After we make any property improvements, we typically continue to own until the project is completed. Then, we either hold as a rental or sell. We only consider options that align with giving owners what they want, and we never charge any fees.
